Cancellation Policy

To reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are not refunded for canceled appointments. Deposits can be transferred to one new appointment if rescheduled within 48 hours. Last minute cancellations which is 12 hours or less before the scheduled appointment will result in a 10% late cancellation fee.
