Return, Refund & Exchange Information

We are DEFINITELY committed to customers satisfaction!
However, It is against federal law to re-sell used hair, so we cannot accept any hair /braided wigs/ wigs/ handmade /haircare products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or altered in any way.

We take returns, refunds issues seriously.  However, due to the nature of the product we are not able to accept refunds for the wigs or bundles. We want our customers to know that the wig that they purchase is new and never has been used or worn by any person in an unsanitary way. To ensure this we do not accept any refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are absolutely no refunds on bundles, closures, eyelashes, hair  services, or custom made wigs.

WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY,

If there is any issue with your wig such as too big, or too small we can accommodate by tightening or loosening the wig to fit on your head. If there is a coloring issue we can change the color of the wig.

WE DO NOT BLEACH KNOTS ON OUR PREMADE WIGS - Our lace is high quality and thin lace, which is good because it helps it blend it to your scalp better but that means that bleach weakens our lace, it makes the lace easier to tear, bald, rip, etc.  YES, WE DO BLEACH upon special request on custom orders. Or if you want to bleach a premade - sold as is Wig we can do that as well but a deposit hold is required before we alter the wig with bleach. We strongly recommend tinting the lace with your own makeup and sealing it with Got2B Glue so that it can blend in with your skin and look natural.

For the premade , ready to go wigs they sell as is. If you want us to change anything on the premade wig extra charges and a deposit will be required.

 

 

 We strongly recommend you to come in and see the wig before purchasing.

 

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDITS

RETURNS
 

If the hair extension is in its original package and has not been tampered with we can exchange for something else or provide  a store credit within 2 days of receipt. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on custom made orders, in example a custom made wig. For a custom wig please be extremely specific about what you require in your wig and we will meet those needs. We require you to let us know your heads circumference before making the custom wig if it does not fit we can adjust the wig to the best of our ability. However, there is no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances for custom made wigs or custom orders.

SERVICES 

If you are unhappy with your service please let us know and we can fix any issues to the best of our ability. However, there is absolutely no refund or exchanges on the services.

 

 

Deposits

 

Deposits are used towards the price to accommodate your order or service. If you choose to cancel later on, there is no refund or exchanges on the deposit. We can not transfer a deposit to an order or service later. There is no refunds on deposits of any kind. No refund on custom order deposits. No refunds on any type of deposits. 

If you make a deposit hold on a wig, service, or extensions you have a 2 week grace period before the deposit is void and the wig is put back up for sale. The hold deposit can not be transferred to something else or another item/service. 

Late Policy

There is a 15 minute grace period, please let us know if you are running late.

If you are late to your appointment - there is a $20 late fee.

If you are 30 minutes late, or more. We will cancel your appointment.
