First things first, we are a 100% legitimate business. We are here to help customers and not scam them. We are a company that you can trust but we do have a strict refund policy due to the nature of the product as well as the business.
We only offer full refunds if you change your mind about the order before it ships out. If your hair has shipped to you, you may still return but please be aware that you are responsible for the shipment fees and labor fees. We do not accept refunds due to delay in shipment because shipping delays are out of our control, anything can delay shipping. We are a separate company from the shipping company so we ARE NOT responsible for their delays. We will deduct this from the grand total. You have 1 day to return the hair after you have received it if you are not satisfied with the hair.
The hair can not be returned if it has been taken out of it's bundle so please before you take the hair out of the bundle make sure you are satisfied with the hair.
The hair can not be returned if it was already installed in your head under any circumstances! Please contact us with any problems you have prior to requesting a return so we can help resolve your problem or concern. To clarify: IF THE BUNDLES HAVE BEEN WORN OR TAKEN OUT OF ITS BAND WE CAN NOT ACCEPT IT FOR A RETURN! (This is for sanitary reasons) also at this point the product is damaged and is no longer able to be resold
We do not offer refunds for wholesale hair orders. This is due to the fact that we are shipping a large quantity of hair if you are unsatisfied with the hair then we will give you store credit that can be used towards another purchase or we will add something free such as a closure or hair bundle in your next order.. We must receive proof of the hair being damaged. Due to the fact that we do not offer refunds on wholesale hair orders we recommend that you purchase one bundle to sample the hair quality before ordering a bulk wholesale hair order.
Since there’s so much time and work put into creating eyelashes we do not offer any refunds for Mink eyelash pairs, custom casing, logo printing etc. If you are interested in the eyelashes we recommend ordering an eyelash sample pack first and then ordering in bulk. Once you place the payment for the bulk order you are committing yourself to the project and please understand that creating your eyelash pairs takes time. The processing time ranges from 2-3 weeks. We hand make the eyelash pairs, the casing, print the logo and convert them to stickers, physically place each logo sticker to each case, package the eyelash in the cases, and then ship them which is why the processing time is so long.
If you did not order a sample before buying and you are unsatisfied then we will give you a coupon on your next purchase for the inconvenience. The amount will be determined by the severity of the incident. If you sampled the eyelashes before ordering we can give store credit depending on the situation. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS on anything that is service related. Meaning, we do not offer refunds for web design, logo design, etc. If you are unhappy with your web design we offer 3 revisions to the website and if you are unhappy with your logo we offer unlimited revisions (we will keep adjusting until you are satisfied).
NO refunds on Dropship Membership down payment or monthly payments.
No refunds on Dropship Orders. We will offer a refund of the wholesale amount on a dropship order if the order is sent back to us. You are responsible for paying the shipping fees. We do not offer the refund on the Dropship order fee because it is a service fee. Meaning the $30 fee goes to the work we put into sending your order out to your customer for you and not the product itself.
Please do not open any disputes against an order without first bringing the issue to our attention or you will forfeit your refund. Why? Because disputes negatively impact our business and implies that we did not work to fix your issue beforehand and there’s no way for us to fix your issue if you never brung the problem to our attention. Genuine customers with genuine issues with the product will always come to the seller first. This only applies to disputes based on quality and satisfication. Of course, if you’ve never received your item (which will never happen) then we encourage you to take action any way that is best for you but the quickest way to get your order faster would be to contact us via email email@example.com
If you are unsatisfied with your product please email us a picture of your concern and depending on the extremity of the condition of the hair we will give store credit. We do not do exchanges because of unsatisfaction we only exchange or replace items if their is mistake with the hair in which it is our responsibility. In this case do not take the hair out of its band or wear it contact us immediately and we will pay to have it shipped back to us and exchanged.
